#1 Mailbox: mobile email app. Worth signing up to get on waiting list. There are about 420k people in line ahead of me and I signed up a few weeks ago. Likely it will take a month to get access to it, but the buzz on this is very large. The app focuses on helping you get to inbox zero every single time they check email.

#2: Orchestra: This is the best to-do app I have found. It was built by the same people who created the mailbox app above. A key reason why I like using Orchestra is because the voice recognition is exceptional- hands free to-do while driving or walking the dog. Excellent.

#3: Agenda: Aka a beautiful minimalistic Calendar App. This is the first calendar that I have ever looked at and actually felt more relaxed after seeing all the things on my schedule. The design is exceptional.
Do it. This one is amazing: http://savvyapps.com/agenda/
#4: Paper and Pen: The best app I have ever discovered is a pen and a piece of paper. By far the biggest release of stress and anxiety to getting work done is just writing out all the things you have to do and then ….do them.
