Soccer Garden Party
12:00 – 3:15 pm

Introducing Soccer Garden Party, hosted by San Francisco FC midfielder Julien Melendez. Connect with other music fans and musicians in a variety of small sided soccer games. From 3v3 to 7v7, barefoot only to turf shoe games, competitive soccer volleyball (Futevolei) to skills challenges. We will be hosting all of these interactive activities for both kids and adults. You are welcome to bring your turfs (no spikes please), soccer shorts, and favorite team jersey! The splash pad will be open throughout the day, so you can rinse the sweat off with clean water between games, and before your favorite bands take the stage. We look forward to seeing you out on the field to play the wonderful game of soccer in a fun, music-filled atmosphere.

“Football is a part of I. When I play, the world wakes up around me.” -Bob Marley

Dub Flow Yoga
1:30 – 2:30 pm

Introducing Dub Flow Yoga! Enjoy a Flow Style Yoga with Instructor Sharon Lacy outside at the Riverfront Park in Cocoa Village. Selector Mark Longenecker will compliment the Flow Yoga with some vinyl dub selections to set the mood. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, towel, blanket or just join in on the grass. The yoga session is open to anyone attending Rootfire At The Park. If you would like, the Endless Summer Tattoo Art Booth will be happy to store your yoga mat until the festival is over. What a perfect way to kick off an amazing event! Namaste.

Kids Yoga Journey with Instructor Erin James
1:00 – 2:00 pm
Ages 4 – 10 years old (kids up to 12 years old welcome)

The word Yoga means “union,” or “to join,” and together we will embark on an exciting journey and explore the ways in which Yoga can help us feel more connected – not only with our own bodies and breath, but also with each other and the natural world around us. As we play games and learn new poses together, we will increase our sense of well-being by building awareness, strength, and flexibility of both mind and body. We will even learn about the animals and things in nature that so many yoga poses are named after! Join us as we transform ourselves into trees, camels, downward dogs, warriors, triangles, and fish against the backdrop of a day of music and community.

Kids Tie-Dye hosted by Happy Place Tie Dye
2:00 – 4:00 pm

BYO white tee alert! Kara from Happy Place Tie Dye is hosting a FREE kids tie-dye workshop! Kids under 13 can join us to learn how to fold, twist & crumple their shirt, tie it up, and apply their favorite colors to make a beautiful psychedelic work of art they can wear! T-shirts are BYO (bring your own), and must be 100% cotton in order to absorb dye. We will provide all the other required materials!

Matt’s Bicycle (Welcome) Center

Calling all bicycle enthusiasts! Matt’s Bicycle Center will be heading up the bike corral for all you special “I am Riding My Bicycle Ticket” holders! They will have bike racks, so bring your lock (all bikes MUST be locked). If you forget one or need an upgrade, they will have some for sale, along with some safety lights, because, well, SAFETY FIRST! Need a repair? Matt’s Bicycle Center can help while you’re enjoying the festival! They’ll be kicking off the fun as soon as you walk through the gate with Halloween flair and free goodies for the kids. They’ll even be raffling off a Giant Cypress DX and a bunch of swag bags! Be sure to stop by, even if you don’t ride in on 2 wheels.
